Built in the last week of March, this 1970 Camaro RS SS has just undergone a complete rotisserie restoration from the ground up. The Camaro features a completely rebuilt original drivetrain, and is finished in correct Citrous Green over a Parchment interior. This is a three owner car and has traveled just 88,000 miles since new. As these 2nd generation Camaros become more collectable, get in now as the prices will continue to climb upward.

The numbers matching CRF code engine was built on the 12th of March, just a few weeks prior to the build of the car. The actual block itself was cast on the 11th, just a day before assembly. The engine stamp of the motor properly matches the serial sequence in the VIN of the Camaro. The Turbo 400 transmission is the matching numbers transmission and the serial number matches the VIN of the car as well. The COT coded rear end is a 3.07 locking diff that was built on March 4th, right before the build of the car. Unlike the transmission and engine, it does not have serial number to match the VIN, but the dates line up perfectly with the build of the car.

After the Camaro was blasted down to bare metal, it received new quarter panels, with the rest of the car retaining its original metal. The Camaro has a base coat, clear coat finish and all of the glass and chrome has been replaced. The undercarriage has been finished in red oxide primer with a coat of gloss for durability and some extra shine.

All suspension and brake components on the Camaro have been rebuilt from front to rear. The car has both power steering and power brakes that make driving this muscle car a breeze. The car is also equipped with cold A/C, and the original radio is still in good working order.

For the Camaro collector looking to buy a great 2nd generation RS/SS this car has it going on in all the right places.
