This 1959 Chevrolet Corvette Pro Touring build started with a Paul Newman chassis, fitted with a GM LS3 Hot Cam crate engine with Borla stack injection making 540 HP on the dyno. Power goes to a Tremec 6-speed transmission and Dana 44 rear end with aluminum axles. The front suspension has aluminum A-arms and close-ratio steering. Schott 3-piece wheels, 14-inch Baer disc brakes, and braided stainless lines complete the setup.
The body underwent a meticulous rotisserie restoration by Classic Car Studio. It was finished in BASF Glasurit paint and clear coat, followed by
a wet sanding and buffing process to achieve a flawless, mirror-like finish. Every detail was thoughtfully perfected, from the striking exterior to the immaculate undercarriage.
Exterior brightwork and trim were replaced or rechromed with stainless or chrome fasteners. Front and rear bumpers have been tucked and laser aligned. The wipers have been shaved and engine bay color matched. The car has a new black Hartz soft top and a matching hardtop.
For audio, a Wonder Bar head unit has vintage looks but Bluetooth connectivity, upgraded speakers, and a JBL subwoofer. The interior, including the dash and steering wheel, is wrapped in red Italian leather. Vintage Air provides climate
control with original controls. The instrument panel is finished with Classic Gauges and NOS carpet completes the refined cabin.
