The motor is a completely rebuilt Chevy 6.0 with a new EPS 222/242 cam, and dual valve springs. The heads have been ported and polished and the motor has a new timing chain, push rods, water pump, oil pump, and lifters/rockers. It uses a PPI wiring harness, and the motor has been professionally tuned to optimize performance. The engine exhales through a set of Pace Setter ceramic coated headers and a trick sounding MagnaFlow exhaust. Keeping everything nice and cool is a 3 core radiator with electric fans, and keeping the driver cool is an Old Air products AC system.
Shifting through the gears is a nearly indestructible and rebuilt 4L80e with a new heavy duty torque converter and a Transgo Shift kit. The rear end is a 12 bolt with 3.73 posi gears. The wheels are a slick looking set of 20” Centerlines that have been powdercoated and sport Yokohama tires.
The body has original panels and has been stripped down to bare metal and finished a cool looking base/satin clear finish. All of the glass and weatherstripping are new as are the vent windows. The grill is original to the truck and has been rechromed, and the front and rear bumpers are rechromed aftermarket pieces. The bed is completely custom to accommodate the modified frame and suspension with a section to house the air ride components right behind the cab.
The suspension and frame have now been modified with the full front and rear Porterbuilt Extreme set ups. Combine this with the Ride Tech Digital Air Ride kit and you can lay the frame of the truck on the ground.
The interior features diamond stitched leather seats and headliner, classic looped carpet and brand new Speed Hut gauges. You’ll find nicely finished gloss paint, and custom floor mats to go with the carpeting. The truck uses the original wheel mounted to a new chrome tilt column. Controlling the air ride system is a digital Ride Tech controller, and for the tunes, a Clarion controller. Behind the seat your find an amp and two speakers, and there are two more mounted in the kick panels.
