This clean and mean 1967 Camaro RS was built in the Pro-Touring style using high performance parts and slick styling. The car is a rotisserie restored piece that received as much finish and attention to the bottom side as it did to the top. Nice cosmetic touches include a custom billet RS-style grille and custom rear tail lights, shaved door handles, a beautiful minimalist interior and a sterile engine compartment.

The soul of the Camaro is a built 427 CI engine producing just over 400 HP. The Demon carburetor provides a well regulated mix of air and fuel which is piped out through a set of ceramic-coated headers. The headers flow through a custom built 3" stainless exhaust which produces a really sweet note. Cooling the motor is a Ron Davis aluminum radiator with dual electric fans that move some serious air over the fins. The transmission is a Super T-10 4-speed with a nice, tight shift pattern, and the rear end is a Moser-built posi 12-bolt unit which provides a nice launch from the line.

The front suspension utilizes CPP tubular upper and lower control arms and a beefy sway bar to cut down on the body-roll and improve cornering. Performance lowering springs in the front and rear give the car a nice stance and Koni Classic shocks provide a sweet ride for the street. Power steering makes maneuvering a breeze at slow speed and high speed stability on the highway is excellent. Bringing the Camaro to a hault is a set of Baer brakes measuring 13" in the front and 11" in the rear. A mean looking set Coys wheels really completes the look of the car and the handling greatly benefits from the modern radial tires.

The interior is nicely appointed with custom upholstery that has been applied to Konig front seats and rears that are equipped to match. The dash has a smoothed at a set of Autometer gauges giving the driver accurate readings and a double DIN radio sits in the center of the dash hooked up to a four hard hitting speakers. Custom pedals, billet door handles, a custom steering wheel, Hurst shifter and thick pile carpeting finish off the interior and power windows keep things effortless.

This 1967 Camaro offers killer styling, excellent performance and a price that is just half of the build cost.
