This 1978 Bronco is fully restored from top to bottom and was completed to a level that we rarely see in these second generation Broncos.

The body of the Bronco was stripped down to bare metal and redone from the ground up. The paint is gorgeous, and almost looks too nice compared to typical 4×4 paint job. The glass on the Bronco has been replaced from front to rear with the exception of the wing windows which were in great condition. All of the rubber and weather strip material is new fresh as well. The interior has new soft parts and freshly painted metal. The bright blue carpeting is new from from to rear as well. The power rear window works as it should as do all of the gauges on the dash.

The motor on the Bronco is a built 460 CI which is now just under 500 CI. It has a Comp Cam, Holley 850 Carb, Edelbrock Performer intake, and 6AL ignition box. The motor is equipped with AC and the truck also has power steering and power brakes making it a cinch to drive. Known for making easy and reliable power, the big block Ford plant pumps out well over 500 HP and gobs of torque to boot. Out back it has the large Bronco fuel tank and keeping things cool up front is a heavy duty radiator.

The transmission is a rebuilt C6 with a 2500 stall converter. The rear end is a tough Ford 9" which lays down the rubber, even with 37 Inch tires. The suspension is new from front to rear and the ride is a thing of excellence.

Dare we say this Bronco is practical? Unlike most 4X4 vehicles that look this serious, it drives like charm out on the road and even cruises well on the highway. It has a very smooth ride that’s not a bit bouncy and the interior is quiet and rattle free. When you mash the pedal, you get quick acceleration and a serious exhaust note from the chambered pipes. With the power steering and power brakes, it’s a breeze to maneuver and stop. At startup, the engine falls into a nice, smooth idle and everything stays nice and cool.

Don’t miss out on this beautifully restored Bronco!
