This 1967 Camaro has some of the nicest paint and amazing body fitment compared to cars in any price range. The doors and hood can literally be closed with a pinky finger and the car is really something you have to see in person to appreciate the quality of workmanship and the fit and finish. It’s just not something we find on 1967 Camaros. Finished in two stage Apple red with a black vinyl top over a black interior, this car detailed to the max and the undercarriage has an immaculate satin black finish. The interior features all new soft parts and has a like-new appearance.
The engine is actually the numbers matching 327 motor that has been gone through from top to bottom and has camel hump heads from a ’67 Z/28 or Corvette, Edelbrock performer intake, and Crane Roller rockers. The MSD Atomic is one of the best new EFI systems we’ve seen and simply replaces the carburetor with throttle body style injection system. It runs buttery smooth from a cold start and provides very responsive performance in a wide variety of driving scenarios. The motor exhaust runs through a set of gorgeous Dynatech headers and a custom tig welded 2.5" exhaust system with Magnaflow mufflers. The exhaust note is fat, without being excessively loud on longer trips. Cooling everything down is a dual pass PRC radiator with dual fans that are controlled by the MSD system.
The suspension system on the Camaro has some mild upgrades that really improve drivability while keeping with a classic street machine look. Up front the car uses Global West upper and lower control arms with QA1 coil overs. In the rear the car uses a pair of Hotchkis drop leaf springs. The car has a silky smooth power steering system and 12.19" Wilwood brakes on all 4 corners and a Wilwood master cylinder. Driving the car is a thing of beauty, the handling is wonderful, the brakes are excellent and the steering is super smooth. It’s is very balanced, reliable, and quite easy to drive.
