Originally ordered by Road Scholars, a Porsche 911 sales, service and restoration shop out of North Carolina, this 2015 Porsche 911 GT3 has traveled just under 2,700 miles since new.
The history of the car is short and sweet. Road Scholars put just 200 miles on the GT3, the second owner just over 2,000 miles and the third owner racked up a whopping 500. The car has had a full body clear bra since new preserving the condition of this already low mile teutonic masterpiece.
This GT3 is a CPO car that has a 100,000 mile warranty until January of 2021! Drive worry free for the next 3 plus years. This is a huge value and these warranties are fully transferable.
Many of these GT3’s are, shall we say “over optioned.” We’ve all clicked away on the Porsche site adding every possible option we can. At the end of the day, you’ll have easily blown past the “enthusiast car” these GT3’s were designed to be. Finished in quintessential Guards Red over an Alcantara interior with Guards Red stitching and Silver wheels, this Porsche has a classic Porsche color scheme coupled with otherworldly, modern GT3 performance. It’s pretty hard to beat in our opinion.
Although many would opt for a racing style seat, they fall short on comfort and don’t accommodate for access and egress The 18 way Adaptive sports seats are the way to go. Comfortable around town, and you’ll have no problems staying in place at a PCA track day. You also get a seat heater and lumbar support. The interior has a wonderfully clean look without all the usually plasticy carbon pieces strewn about. The 911 is optioned with Alcantara and the Leather Interior Package with Red stitching. It’s enough to add a touch of luxury into an interior that’s pretty much all business. The red stitching breaks up the color nicely, as do the red instrument gauges and seat belts. It’s clean and timeless. What’s not to like.
Some owners opt for the Carbon Ceramic brakes which are great for track use, but squeaky around town. You’ll pay up to get them, and really pay for a brake job on the back end to the tune of nearly 10k. These big red brakes are still absolute monsters and unless you are seriously racing the car, you’ll appreciate the best-of-both-world nature of these binders.
