This 1971 Camaro has had a full rotisserie restoration back to better than new condition. It is squeaky clean from top to bottom and has all the good upgrades to boot. For the Camaro enthusiast looking for a great driving car with a show car finish, this Camaro is the deal.
Power comes from a 355 SBC with a Holley Carb, Edelbrock intake, Comp Cam hooked to a TH 400 transmission. The engine uses a Pro Billet distributor and an MSD 6AL box and the car exhales through a set of coated headers into a Flowmaster exhaust system. Keeping the engine cool is an oversized aluminum radiator with a single electric fan.
The body was stripped down to bare metal and the Camaro was refinished in a vibrant 2 stage blue finish. The paint has been sanded and buffed to produce a very clean finish and all of the rubber and seals on the car have been replaced as well. The undercarriage is as clean as it gets and is finished in a GM satin finish. The engine compartment is highly detailed as well, and all of the glass on the car is new!
The interior has a mild custom finish with very nice bucket seats, covered door panels, and a redone rear seat. The dash is all restored and fitted with custom Autometer gauges. The car is equipped with a Vintage Air unit which provides modern AC through the factory air vents in this classic. Have a look under the dash and you’ll find a modern wiring harness and fuse box from Painless Wiring.
The suspension and brakes have been rebuilt from front to rear on the car and the car is very tight and the brakes are excellent. The car has all new brake lines and hoses from front to rear, and power 4 wheel disc brakes. Also rebuilt are all the steering components, and the power steering is nice and smooth. All the bushings have been replaced, and the shocks are new all the way around.
If you are looking for a car that you can show and maintain, and don’t have to restore, this Camaro is gorgeous!
