This 1967 Chevy Corvette L79 Convertible is a survivor that has had the same collector/owner for the past 28 years. During his time with the car, only genuine Corvette parts were used to work on the vehicle. The Corvette is believed to be free of any aftermarket/reproduction parts and to the best of our knowledge, none of the drivetrain components have ever been out of the car. The Corvette is matching numbers, through and through and we have documented as much as we could see without disassembly.

We do not believe the car has ever been hit as there are no visible alterations to the fiberglass. In 1985, the car had one repaint and it currently wears that paint. It is driver quality and comes with a few stone chips here and there from use over the last 28 years. The car has all of its original glass with the exception of the front window which was recently replaced. The trim is original although the chrome and stainless were restored at the time that the car was painted. The interior of the Corvette is original with the exception of the carpeting which was replaced in the 90’s. Everything is there, and everything is in good working order. The soft top is 5 years old and is in good condition. The rubber trim around the doors was replaced at the time the car was repainted and could stand be be replaced in the next few years.
The Corvette is an excellent running and driving vehicle and can be driven anywhere with confidence. The car starts immediately and after extended periods of sitting, the car appears to have little to no draw on the battery which kicks hard every start. It has an honest, unmolested feel to it and is a blast to drive anywhere.
The Corvette would make an excellent driver/cruiser or a wonderful candidate for a future Top Flight level restoration.
