During the restoration, the frame was media blasted down to bare metal and all of the brake, steering and suspension parts have been replaced with brand new ones. The truck has power steering, power front disc brakes, Belltech lowering springs and Belltech dropped spindles. The ’71 Chevy now rides on a set of 20" Boss wheels with BFG tires that really give it a tough look.

The engine is this sweet Chevrolet is a Jeg’s Performance 383 stroker making over 400 HP. It features an aluminum intake, Quick Fuel carb, MSD ignition system, aluminum water pump. The exhaust system consists of set of Sanderson shorty headers, and 2.5 Magnaflow exhaust system. The truck has a great rumble and throaty exhaust note that will make you grin. The transmission has been upgraded to a modern 700R4 overdrive unit with a 12 bolt positraction rear end. You can cruise all day long on the highway at moderate RPMs while keeping brisk around-town acceleration. And the creature comforts? The truck comes equipped with a brand new Vintage Air system that will keep you cool no matter what the outside temp is.
