The motor is a built 351 Windsor with a nice street cam, 750 CFM Holley double pumper, electronic ignition, and performance fuel pump. As with the rebuilt internals, everything on the outside of this engine is new so you don’t have to worry about replacing old parts, just drive and maintain. The motor exhales through a set of long tube headers and a super clean stainless exhaust system. This car sounds downright mean with a big throaty exhaust note and a sweet cam lope. Make the most of the engine’s power is a Tremec TKO 500. These little transmissions really rip and the best part is the 5th overdrive gear which makes highway cruising, well, just lovely. Laying down the power out back is the famed Ford 9" rear end with 3.73 gears. This Mustang has no problem laying down matching rubber lines if you wish, but it’s so nice you may just spend your babying it. Your call.
The ride on the Mustang is like-new thanks a ton of new parts, and the suspension on the Mustang has been restored from front to rear. The Ford has all new bushings, new shocks, tie rod ends, ball joints, front and rear springs, and all new steering equipment. Bringing the Mustang to a halt is a set of 4-wheel disc brakes with a dual master cylinder and the power steering system makes driving the Pony car a breeze. The car has a set of stout 18"x8" wheels in the front with 245/40 tires and 18"x10" wheels in the rear with 295/35 tires.
The best description of the styling on this car is simply, "clean." After the car was stripped down to bare metal, it was expertly body worked and then it received a hand finished coat of base/clear paint. The undercarriage on the Mustang is immaculate and like new – actually better than new as they never looked this nice and shiny. The clean black paint on the undercarriage looks as clean as the top side and all of the suspension components have been painted in a sparkling coat of gloss black. Interior on the car is like new and features a lot of new parts from Mustangs Unlimited.
