This 1962 Chevy C10 is a factory short bed truck with a 59-year-old patina. The truck was sold new in Killeen, Texas at Fogle Chevrolet which is still in business to this day! The air ride was installed by Street Machinery in Ohio after it was purchased out of Texas.
The truck is equipped with a fuel-injected 5.7 Vortec engine, 700r4 transmission, power front disc brakes, and a new AC system. The air ride system uses a ViAir pump and Goodyear bags.
This is a genuine patina truck and has some dents and dings from years of use. There are a few rust spots in the door corners and rockers, but it’s very, very solid throughout. The hood is an excellent example without the common rust issues, and the fenders and quarters are as solid as you will find. The interior has been restored, repainted, and looks clean and timeless. The seat was redone with houndstooth and is clean and comfortable. You’ll find new wiring under the dash, and a new AC system to keep you cool while you cruise.
Speaking of cruising, this C10 is a great driving truck that you can hop in and drive anywhere.
