This 1963 Chevy Nova was a complete rotisserie restoration using an excellent condition, original car. The Nova is a great driving car, and is all optioned out for comfortable cruising!
All of the sheet metal is original with the exception of the upgraded cowl hood. The Nova is finished in Aqua Blue Metallic from the 2011 Chevy Camaro, a modern variation on the original Aqua Blue hue. All of the stainless steel is original to the car and was refinished during the restoration. The fit is excellent compared to stainless reproduction pieces which never fit that well.
The interior features a mild custom refinish with comfortable buckets, all-new panel covers, carpet, and seat covers. The stereo is a Custom AutoSound unit, and you’ll stay cool with the upgraded Vintage Air unit. The gauges have been upgraded to Classic Instruments and are a nice and accurate upgrade over the originals.
The engine is a 283 CI bored 30 over and has a 488 Erson cam and Iroc heads. Fuel flows through a 600 Holley carb which sits atop an Edelbrock performer intake. The car uses an MSD HEI distributor, and the exhausts exit via Sanderson block huggers and then through a dual exhaust system.
The completely rebuilt suspension uses 2” dropped spindles with 2” drop in the rear. The brakes are power front disc, rear drum, and stop on a dime. The wheels are 17” American Racing and the Hankook tires are 215/45/17.
If you are looking for a fully restored Nova, this car has been done from top to bottom.
