The 1968 Oldsmobile 442 is highly regarded by car enthusiasts for its combination of power, performance, and style. It remains a sought-after collector’s item today, cherished by those who appreciate classic American muscle cars.
The restorer of this 442 purchased it from his brother who had owned the car since 1974! His dream was to build one with a 455 and that he did. This frame-off restored 442 has been done for 4 years and has been driven just over 700 miles since completion. It has excellent paint and body work and was taken off the frame during the restoration process. The car has tight gaps throughout and the paint has been sanded and buffed to a show quality finish.
The 442 rides on a completely rebuilt suspension system, restored steering set up, all rebuilt brakes. It maintains the classic smooth Oldsmobile ride.
If you are looking for a 442 to drive, show and enjoy, this car is for you.
