Finished Caribbean Turquoise over a Parchment interior, this 1977 Ford Bronco has just undergone a complete frame off restoration.

The uncut exterior of the Bronco is painted in a gorgeous base/clear Caribbean Turquoise with Parchment accents. The body was stripped down to bare metal, receiving fresh body work from front to rear. The frame was media blasted and has been powdercoated in clean black gloss. The floor boards were finished in a durable body colored bed liner which makes cleaning and maintenance super easy. Every rubber gasket has been replaced as well as all of the rubber body mounts. A high quality restoration was performed to the hard top which included beautiful paint and body work, all new glass and all new hardware and a new headliner.

The interior features all new carpeting and a new Premium Parchment interior kit from Tom’s Broncos. This kit retains the classic Bronco look, but includes upgraded seats with extra padding and more supportive bolsters. All of the wiring was replaced on the Bronco with a modern American Autowire kit. This kit includes a modern fuse box which is situated in the glove box.  The gauges have been upgraded with a Dakota Digital set which has a classic look and modern functionality.

While the body was off the frame, the brake and suspension systems were rebuilt from front to rear. Everything has been replaced and the truck has a nice feel for a classic 4×4. The truck is equipped with power disc brakes and power steering, so coming to a quick stop and low speed maneuverability are a cinch.

The heart of the drivetrain is a rebuilt 302 with a Holley 650, stock exhaust manifolds, electronic ignition and an upgraded radiator. The engine sits in a fully restored and highly detailed engine compartment. The carb has an automatic choke so the Ford fires right up and falls into a nice steady idle. The transmission is a 3-speed C4 attached to a rebuilt Dana 20 transfer case offering 4WD high, 4WD low and 2WD high. The front axle is a Dana 44 and the rear axle is a Ford 9”. The gear ratio is 3.50.
